WHY YOUR SOLIDARITY MATTERS

AFSCME continues to raise concerns regarding the Department's implementation of the Return-to-Office requirements and the impact on DOR counselors.

The Department has required counselors to report to the office four days per week without reaching a mutual agreement through the negotiation process.

AFSCME maintains that the Department is currently in violation of Articles 6.4, 15.10, 17.4, and 17.6.

STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH DOR COUNSELOR

Wear GREEN every Wednesday. Show UNITY. Show SOLIDARITY. Show STRENGTH.

Send your group pictures wearing green to Maria Rodriguez so they can be shared with the membership and demonstrate the strength of our local.

THIS IS WHY YOUR PARTICIPATION MATTERS

WHEN WE STAND TOGETHER, OUR VOICE IS STRONGER.
